Room was spotless and very comfortable. Service was excellent. Location ideal just a short stroll from the town centre so no traffic to disturb sleep at night.

This is an excellent establishment set in an beautiful area with first class off street parking. On the numerous occassions when we have stayed we found the rooms to be neat and clean and the the breakfast was more than sufficient for our needs

Staying at Augusta Lodge was a relaxing, non intrusive experience. From the time we checked in until our departure we felt at home. The room was clean and tidy and more importantly, quiet, so we slept well. A quick 15 minute walk had us in the sprawling metropolis of Westport and having taken the guest house owner’s (Dave’s) advice on eating out, we weren’t disappointed. Breakfast was yummy and an altogether far more friendlier affair than the usual hotel mess hall. All in all, it was a decent experience and myself and herself would be happy to stay there again.

Myself and the family went to the Westport on a camping trip, unfortunately the weather went againist us. Thanks to a local person we found Augusta Logde. The land lord here was great, he offered to dry all are wet champing gear and told us about a great place to eat in town. We stayed on for a farer four nights and found it a very friendly, my family loved it. Situated just five minute walk from Westport house which boost of all kinds of activates for the family. Augusta Lodge is also just a ten minutes from the golf club (which my husband enjoyed) and the horse riding stable. The loan lord was really helpful helping us choose are next destination around lovely Ireland.
